Our customer service agreements guarantee the continuous working of the installed machines through the integration of the telephone, e-mail and on-site assistance. All the servers and software we supply are monitored and assisted by remote positions through cripted protocols. The assistance packets are annual and the interventions are effected within a maximum of 48 hours. The e-mail assistance is free and unlimited with any contract. The offers are made according to the specific company requirements and to the installed machines.
